MSCA Course

Mindful Self-Compassion can be a powerful tool for actors, offering a unique approach to nurturing and enhancing mental well-being. This online 7-week course is designed to be taken at your own pace and empower actors with the skills and strategies needed to cultivate self-compassion, leading to a more authentic and resilient approach to their craft and life.

Enrol 

This course consists of seven weeks of material - designed for you to learn and practice at your own pace.

The course includes lectures, practical tasks, audio meditations, insights, and pointers to support further learning. Additionally, in your student portal, you will have access to your teacher (me!) and a community discussion board where you can meet and discuss with peers (at your discretion).

This course is currently suitable for ages 24 and above.
